Father’s Day Weekend – June 19–21, 2015

In 1992, SDIT held its first national Father’s Day gathering, providing many Gold Star sons and daughters their first opportunity to see their fathers’ names on the Wall.
This year, SDIT will celebrate its 25th Anniversary with a national Father’s Day celebration at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Hundreds of ‘sons and daughters’ will travel from across the nation to share their unique life experience, to see their fathers’ names on the wall, and to meet old friends.

2010 Father’s Day Weekend at the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial
Registration Fee per person
$135/per person*
Weekend Ticket includes:
- Weekend registration (including name tag and program)
- Friday, June 19th: Welcome Reception Event
- Saturday, June 20th: transportation to/from ‘Wall Washing’; sharing circles; dinner ticket for the 25th Anniversary Banquet
- Sunday, June 21st: transportation to/from Father’s Day ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial
*Hotel room not included.
