America’s annual observance of POW/MIA Recognition Day occurs on Friday, September 17, 2021.

To date, there are 1,584 American servicemen yet unaccounted for from the Vietnam War. The commitment and dedication of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency are helping achieve answers for the families of these and others who have yet to return home.

Sons and Daughters In Touch are proud to represent a mix of both POW/MIA and KIA families from the Vietnam War. Since its founding in 1989, many SDIT families have received answers to the fates of their loved ones. As other families await answers, SDIT proudly supports the call for the fullest possible accounting of American servicemen who have not returned home from the war in Southeast Asia.
